Frequently asked questions

What is a scenario collaboration on Ordana?
A scenario collaboration is a group of complementary startups that cross-sell into each other's customers and split the resulting revenue automatically, under a signed contract. Instead of hiring, paying upfront, or giving up equity, each member grows by plugging into the others' audiences and expertise.
How do I join one of these collaborations?
There are currently 30 open collaborations listed on this page. Open the one you're interested in and click "Apply". You'll create a free Ordana account (or sign in), and an application conversation opens directly with the collaboration's owner, where you review the invite and submit your application to join.
How much does it cost to join a collaboration?
Joining is free. Ordana charges a flat 5% platform fee taken off the top of collaboration revenue once money actually flows — there is no upfront cost, subscription requirement, or equity involved to apply or participate.
How does revenue sharing work?
Members agree a revenue split in the contract. As sales come in through the shared customer bases, Ordana applies the split to each charge and settles payouts automatically through Stripe — every member is paid their agreed percentage in real time.
Who should apply to a collaboration?
Any startup, agency, operator, or founder whose product, distribution, audience, or skills complement the members already in a collaboration. If what you bring fills an open role — growth, engineering, design, content, distribution — you're a fit to apply.
