Helping Service Businesses Keep the Clients They Already Won
This alliance is looking for startups that help agencies, SaaS teams, coaches and clinics keep the clients they already won. Client-facing businesses put almost everything into winning the next account and almost nothing into noticing when an existing one goes quiet. The warning signs are all there — a slower reply, a skipped call, a login that stopped happening — but they sit in different tools and nobody is watching them together. Whatever slice of that problem your product solves, there is a seat here for it.
Currently seeking partners. This is an open startup collaboration recruiting partner startups to join, cross-sell into each other's customers, and share the revenue. Ideal partners: A product that owns a signal of client health — support tickets, product usage, billing, meeting cadence — and could expose it to a partner's system.; A CRM, billing or project tool where a churn warning is most useful the moment it appear….
Who we're looking for
We're inviting startups already selling to client-facing businesses — agencies, SaaS teams, coaches, clinics — that help them hold onto revenue they have already earned. You might be a SaaS product, an agency or a specialist practice. For this integration you'll also need a clear surface something can plug into: an API, a UI component, an AI or agent interface, or control of a flow where a partner's feature can live.
- A product that owns a signal of client health — support tickets, product usage, billing, meeting cadence — and could expose it to a partner's system.
- A CRM, billing or project tool where a churn warning is most useful the moment it appears, rather than in a separate dashboard nobody opens.
- An agency or consultancy already running retention for clients, that could deliver a partner's product inside that engagement.
- A messaging, scheduling or onboarding tool that could act on a churn signal automatically instead of only displaying it.
What problem are we solving?
Client-facing businesses lose revenue quietly. There is rarely a complaint or a cancellation email — the account simply gets less engaged for a few months and then does not renew. Every signal needed to catch it earlier already exists, but it is split across billing, support, product usage and someone's inbox, and no single tool sees enough of it to raise its hand.
- Account managers who learn a client is unhappy at the renewal call, by which point the decision was made weeks ago.
- Health signals spread across four systems, where each one looks fine alone and only the combination is alarming.
- Retention work that begins after someone asks to leave, when the cheapest intervention was three months earlier.
Is this you?
If you already sell to agencies, SaaS teams, coaches or clinics, and your product touches how they keep clients rather than how they find them, this is for you. Your customers get a fuller answer to a problem they lose money on every month, and you earn from selling into a customer base that already has the problem your partner solves.
The revenue split is agreed up front and only applies to sales tagged to this collaboration — your existing business is untouched. You write the integration yourself, with your own coding agent; Ordana never reads your codebase. Joining early means you help decide what gets built first.
